Who We Are

Guided by a heart for serving and giving.

As the philanthropic arm of Ascentek, the Better Tomorrow Foundation lives out what has driven this company for generations: creating everyday impact.

Our vision

True leadership lies in serving the needs of others.

Our vision is to inspire servant leadership beyond the generations. We see servant leadership as prioritizing the needs of others in ways that foster collaboration and build trust. This happens through commitment to make tomorrow a little bit better than today.

Our Story

Everyday impact with an infinite horizon.

The roots of Ascentek date back nearly 100 years, with a history of prioritizing innovation and impact. In 2013, we formalized our philanthropic arm with the creation of the Bame Foundation in honor of Fred and Merilyn Bame, the first generation of this family business, who led the way in caring deeply for serving others. As we embark on the next chapter with the Better Tomorrow Foundation, we continue to be shaped by the teaching that has guided the Bame family for generations: “To whom much is given, much is expected.”
